I have attached a listing of those positions that are being recommended for an upgrade. Note that the <br />civil services employees within the police department are not included at this time, but will be brought back <br />separately once we have concluded our meet and confer negotiations. <br /> <br />Action Required bv Council: <br /> <br /> <br />end approval of a budget adjustment in the amount of $66,040.15 to implement the results ofthe <br />mployee compensation study effective March 1,2009. <br /> <br /> <br />0, <br />
