Call to order <br /> <br />2. Consider approval of December 18,2008, meeting minutes. <br /> <br />3. Open public hearing to receive citizen input on Rezone Request #R08-003 for approximately 14 acres ofland <br />located at 1400 North 10th Street, further described as TR 27 of Block 27, TR 28 of Block 28, Nebraska <br />Syndicate and TR 3 in the Enoch Brinson Survey, Abstract 5, Volume 65, Page 175, H.C.D.R., La Porte, Harris <br />County, Texas. The applicant, Mathew Sigmon on behalf of Oak Park Trading Ltd. (Glen Roberts & Hal <br />Lawler, Owners), seeks to rezone the property from Business Industrial (BI) to Light Industrial (LI). <br /> <br />a. Staff Presentation <br />b. Proponents <br />c. Opponents <br /> <br />4. Close public hearing. <br /> <br />5. Consider recommendation to City Council regarding Rezone Request #R08-003. <br /> <br />6.
