Fairmont Pkwy. <br />La Porte, TX 77571 <br /> <br />Re: City of La Porte Affordable Housing Program <br /> <br />We would like to thank you in advance for giving us the opportunity to work with the City of La Porte in the marketing of the <br />city's properties. Main Properties Real Estate is an aggressive promoter of the City of La Porte and has a proven record of <br />marketing both private and public properties for the past 25 years. <br /> <br />Regarding the city's properties, Main Properties Real Estate proposes to market the homes in the following matter: <br /> <br />1. First and foremost, listing the properties in the Greater Houston Multiple Listing Service to provide maximum <br />exposure to realtors and the prospective buyers. <br /> <br />2. Advertising in local newspapers, internet, The Greensheet, and our website <br /> <br />3. Placing of large "For Sale" signs on each individual property to notify the public that the homes are for sale. <br /> <br />4. Placing of yard signs signifying grant money that is available to qualified buyers. <br /> <br />5. Networking with other realtors and contacts that our agents have to give the properties additional exposure. <br /> <br />6. Qualifying and guiding the purchaser through the process of obtaining a mortgage and qualifying for the grants <br />available through the offerings of the county. <br /> <br />We would like to have an agreement with the city to be able to market the properties through December of 2009 and in the <br />event all the properties have not been sold at that time to have additional terms in 2010 to complete the sale of all the <br />properties.
