NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING OF LA PORTE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY and LA <br /> PORTE TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE <br /> Notice is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment <br /> Reinvestment Zone to be held Wednesday,November 7,2018,at 6:30 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room <br /> of City Hall,604 West Fairmont Parkway,La Porte,Texas,for considering the following agenda items: <br /> AGENDA <br /> 1. Call to Order; <br /> 2. Approve minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment <br /> Zone meeting held on July 11,2018. <br /> 3. Receive and approve FY2018 Annual Financial Report and Audit from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot <br /> PLLC. <br /> 4. Consider Development Agreement by and between Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of La Porte, Texas <br /> and La Porte Redevelopment Authority and Jabez-La Porte,LP <br /> 5. Consider tax year 2017 developer disbursements; and consider approval or other action regarding authority <br /> invoices, including contractual obligations to reimburse La Porte ISD <br /> 6. Receive and consider FY2019 Budget. <br /> 7. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices. <br /> 8. Receive updates from the city,developers and staff about development within the Zone. <br /> 9. Board member comments. <br /> a. Matters appearing on agenda <br /> b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy <br /> 10.
