CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />2. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 25,2007, MEETING MINUTES. <br /> <br />3. ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE TO REAPPOINTED MEMBERS, GEORGE MALTSBERGER, BOB <br />CAPEN, CHARLES SCHOPPE, ROD ROTHERMEL, AND CHESTER POOL. <br /> <br />4. CONSIDER VARIANCE REQUEST #V07-007 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10926 <br />MESQUITE DRIVE, FURTHER DESCRIBED BY THE HARRIS'COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT <br />AS LOT 9, BLOCK 11, FAIRMONT PARK EAST, SECTION 2, VOLUME 319, PAGE 53, H.C.M.R., <br />W. M. JONES SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 482, LA PORTE, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS. THE <br />APPLICANTS, MARK AND YVONNE FISHER, SEEK A VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A SWIMMING POOL BY REDUCING THE SETBACK ON THE SEPARATION <br />FROM THE ADJACENT STRUCTURE REQUIREMENT AND SETBACK FROM A UTILITY <br />EASEMENT IN THE REAR YARD.
