The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br /> <br /> <br />makes the following appointments to the Southeast Texas Housing <br /> <br /> <br />Finance Corporation Board of Directors, for terms expiring on <br /> <br /> <br />August 31st of the year indicated, or until their successors shall <br /> <br /> <br />have been duly appointed and qualified: <br /> <br />Director Lou Ann Martin 2012 <br /> <br />Section 23. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br /> <br /> <br />makes the following appointments to the Zoning Board of <br /> <br /> <br />Adjustment, for terms expiring on August 31st of the year <br /> <br /> <br />indicated, or until their successors shall have been duly <br /> <br />appointed and qualified: <br />Position 1 Chester Pool 2011 <br />Position 2 T. Maltsberger, of Position 5, to serve as Chairman of the <br /> <br /> <br />Zoning Board of Adjustment until the expiration of the member's <br /> <br /> <br />term of appointment as designated in this section, or until their <br /> <br />successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified. <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />Section 24.
