The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby makes <br /> <br /> <br />the following appointments to the Chapter 172 Employee Retiree <br /> <br /> <br />Insurance and Benefits Committee, for terms expiring on August <br /> <br /> <br />31st of the year indicated, or until their successors shall have <br /> <br /> <br />been duly appointed and qualified: <br /> <br />Citizen Position 1 George Van Dyke No Term <br />Citizen Position 2 Steve Valerius No Term <br />Retiree Participant - Aaron Corrales No Term <br />Employee Participant - Matt Daeumer No Term <br />Finance Staff Michael Dolby No Term <br />H.R. Staff Heather Weger No Term <br />Legal Staff Clark T. Askins No Term <br />Alternate Pos. 1 Martha Gillett No Term <br />Alternate Pos. 2 Julie Graham No Term <br /> <br />Alternate position 1 may participate in all meetings of the <br /> <br /> <br />committee but is entitled to vote only in the absence of a regular <br /> <br /> <br />member; Alternate position 2 may participate in all meetings of <br /> <br />the committee but is entitled to vote only in the absence of a <br /> <br /> <br />regular member, where Alternate Pos. 1 member is not present, or <br /> <br />where more than one regular members are absent. <br /> <br />Section 8.
