THE STATE OF TEXAS,) COUNTY OF HARRIS) KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I (Wj), Victor Joe having shown proof of ownership (print Owner or Owners' Name) do hereby waive all rights I may have for notice and a public hearing in regard to the condition of the one story house located on my (Describe type of buildings or structures) property, the legal description of which is; 816 Pat t i Lane (Address) Lots 2 thru 15 & 21 thru,31 & TR 20ABlock 306 La Porte TX (Block Number , Lot Numbers Subdivision Name) And I hereby consent to the demolition of said building(s) and/or structure(s) on the above described property by the City of La Porte (the City), or by any agents and employees of the City and I hereby agree to hold harmless the City and all its agents, employees and/or independent contractors of the City for any injury to persons or property caused in the preparation for demolition of said building(s) and/or structure(s); in the actual demolition of said building(s) and/or structure(s), or in removal of materials or equipment after demolition of said building(s) and/or structure(s), and there is no insurance on above described property or structure. This agreement shall not be construed as a contract that in any way obligates the City to demolish said building(s) and/or structure(s) nor to perform any other work at the subject location. This consent and agreement provides the City with my authority to do all of such work if the appropriate City officials deem the health and safety of the community is best served by the City performing the demolition of said building(s) and/or structure(s).
