<br />Position 3 Rod Rothermel 2011 <br />Position 4 Charles Schoppe 2011 <br />Position 5 George W. Maltsberger 2011 <br />Alternate 1 Lawrence McNeal 2010 <br />Alternate 2 Gilbert Montemayor 2010 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby designates <br /> <br /> <br />George W. Maltsberger, of Position 5, to serve as Chairman of the <br /> <br /> <br />Zoning Board of Adjustment until the expiration of the member's <br /> <br /> <br />term of appointment as designated in this section, or until their <br /> <br /> <br />successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified. <br /> <br />Section 24. If any section, sentence, phrase, clause or any <br /> <br /> <br />part of any section, sentence, phrase, or clause, of this <br /> <br />ordinance shall, for any reasons, be held invalid, such invalidity <br /> <br /> <br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, and it <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be the intention of this City Council to <br /> <br /> <br />have passed each section, sentence, phrase or clause, or part <br /> <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact that any other section, <br /> <br /> <br />sentence, phrase or clause, or part thereof, may be declared <br /> <br />invalid. <br /> <br />Section 25. All ordinances or <br /> <br />parts of ordinances in <br />extent of such conflict <br /> <br />conflict herewith are repealed to the <br /> <br />only. <br /> <br />Section 26. The City Council officially finds, determines, <br /> <br /> <br />recites, and declares that a sufficient written notice of the <br /> <br />date, hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City Council <br /> <br />was posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of <br /> <br />12 <br />
