<br />2 <br /> <br />Tract I: <br /> <br />The entire alley in Block 751, Town of La Porte, lying within <br />and situated between Lots 1 through 16 and Lots 17 through 32 <br />(containing 6,400 square feet) <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The City Council officially finds, determines, recites, and declares <br /> <br />that a sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place, and subject of this meeting of the <br /> <br />City Council was posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of the City <br /> <br />for the time required by law preceding this meeting, as required by the Open Meetings <br /> <br />Law, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code; and that this meeting has been open to the <br /> <br />public as required by law at all times during which this ordinance and the subject matter <br /> <br />thereof has been discussed, considered, and formally acted upon. The City Council <br /> <br />further ratifies, approves, and confirms such written notice and the contents and posting <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />As a condition of passage and approval of this ordinance and <br /> <br />subsequent filing of a deed granting the alley of Block 751 to Gus Brieden, all conditions <br /> <br />of approved site plan (re: City of La Porte File No. 2007-8205) shall be implemented <br /> <br />within sixty (60) calendar days from passage and approval of this ordinance. In the event <br /> <br />that the conditions of aforementioned site plan are not completed by Gus Brieden and <br /> <br />approved by the City of La Porte within the above-stipulated period, this ordinance and <br /> <br />the aforementioned deed for the alley in Block 751, La Porte shall be deemed null and <br /> <br />void by the City of La Porte. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage and approval, and <br /> <br />it is so ordered. <br />
