This is an increase of .81 <br />cents per employee over the previous year's negotiated rate. The total agreement amount invoiced will be based on <br />an Average Daily Population at each company. <br /> <br />Attached is an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute individual agreements effective October 1,2009 <br />with the companies located within the Battleground Industrial District for Emergency Medical Service. <br /> <br />The agreements will expire on September 30, 2010. <br /> <br />2007-08 Revenues - Actual $69,850.88 <br /> <br />2008-09 Revenues - Actual $59,237.46 <br /> <br />2009-10 Revenues - Projected $60,000.00 <br /> <br />Recommend that council approve the City Manager to execute the submitted agreement letter for providing <br />Emergency Medical Service to the companies located within the Battleground Industrial District. <br /> <br /> <br />J. h 11>~ <br /> <br />Da e <br />
