IN CITY COUNCIL <br />CHAMBERS OF THE CITY HALL, 604 WEST FAIRMONT PARKWAY, LA PORTE, TEXAS, <br />REGARDING THE ITEMS OF BUSINESS ACCORDING TO THE AGENDA LISTED BELOW: <br /> <br />1. Call to order - Lindsey Pfeiffer, President <br /> <br />2. Consent agenda - any item may be removed by a board member for discussion <br /> <br />. Entertain motion and a second to approve the TIRZ items in the same form and manner as was approved in the <br />previous redevelopment authority meeting - Lindsey Pfeiffer, Chairperson <br /> <br />a. Consider PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY IMPROVEMENT AND FUNDING AGREEMENT by and between Port <br />Crossing Land, LP, a Texas limited partnership ("Port Crossing"), and 65 La Porte, Ltd., a Texas limited <br />partnership ("65 La Porte"), the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and the La Porte Tax increment <br />Reinvestment Zone #1 ("TIRZ"); <br /> <br />b. Consider 8th TIRZ Draw and General contractor statements and the sworn statements for the Port Crossing <br />Land LP for the period ending September 30, 2008 <br /> <br />c. Consider approval or other action with regard to authority invoices; <br /> <br />d. Staff report and updates; <br /> <br />e. Board member comments; <br /> <br />f.
