Attached is an <br />ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract effective November 1,2009 with the Port of Houston <br />Authority for Emergency Medical Service at the Barbour's Cut Terminal. <br /> <br />The submitted 2009-10 contract is based on a POR/BCT population of 1205 employees at $21.00 per employee- <br />Total annually $25,305.00 <br /> <br />The Port of Houston Authority will meet in October, 2009 to approve this new 2009-10 contract. <br /> <br />Recommend that council approve the City Manager to execute the new original contract submittal by POH. <br /> <br />Action Reauired bv Council: <br />Approve an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with the Port of <br />uston Authority for the City of La Porte EMS. <br /> <br /> <br />~ /J/ /()~ <br /> <br />Date & <br />
