Section 15. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby makes <br />the following appointments to the Houston Galveston Areas Council <br />Representatives, without term, or until their successors shall <br />have been duly appointed and qualified: <br />Representative Chuck Engelken No Term <br />Alternate Representative Louis Rigby No Term <br />Section 16. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br />makes the following appointments to the La Porte Area Water <br />Authority, (two (2) year term) - for terms expiring on August 31st <br />of the year indicated, or until their successors shall have been <br />duly appointed and qualified: <br />Position 1 - Robert Roy 2011 <br />Position 2 - Dennis H. Steger 2011 <br />Position 3 - Steve Valarius 2011 <br />Position 4 - David Janda 2010 <br />Position 5 - Ken Schlather 2010 <br />Section 17. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br />appoints the following named persons, all of whom are residents of <br />the City of La Porte, and no more than four of whom are elected <br />city officials or city employees, to serve as directors of the <br />City of La Porte Development Corporation without compensation, but <br />with reimbursement for actual expenses, (two (2) year term) for <br />terms expiring on August 31st of the year indicated, or until <br />their successors shall have been duly appointed and qualified: <br />Chuck Engelken 2011 <br />Mike Clausen 2010 <br />Tommy Moser 2011 <br />
