• • <br />Staff Report <br />La Porte Outlots <br />Replat Request <br />July 18, 1996 <br />Item II is to consider a replat of a 1.813 acre tract located in the Enoch Brinson Survey, <br />Abstract 5, being part of La Porte Outlot 422, further described as 10607 North "L" Street. The <br />tract is owned by Patrick E. Smith. (SEE EXHIBIT "A") <br />Item IV is to consider a replat of a tract of land known as 1/4 Southwest corner of the South 1/2 <br />of the West 1/2 of Outlot 422 of La Porte Outlots, further described as 10601 North "L" Street. <br />The tract is owned by Patrick E. Smith. (SEE EXHIBIT "B") <br />• The owner has proposed the replat so each residence will have property which is <br />equal in size (121' X 435'). Both tracts are independent of the other at this time <br />and would remain independent with the proposed replat. <br />• The following have been considered in regards to the replatting of each tract of <br />land. <br />- Each tract currently exceeds the City of La Porte minimum lot size <br />requirements for single family residential. (SEE EXHIBIT "C") <br />- The proposed tracts will continue to exceed the minimum lot size <br />requirements. (SEE EXHIBIT "D") <br />- Each tract has it's own property access, utilities and address. The <br />proposed replat will not affect these. <br />- Neither of the tracts have any utility easements on the property. <br />
