• • <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />La Porte Outlots, Replat <br />Staff Report of 7/ 18/96 <br />Final Plats: Effect of Approval <br />1) Approval of a Final Replat as filed and all accompanying <br />documentation by the Commission, together with approval of the <br />Public Improvement Construction Documents by the Director shall <br />result in issuance of a Development Authorization by the <br />Department which permits the developer to begin construction of <br />subdivision improvements. Not applicable in this case because it <br />does not involve construction at this time. - <br />2) Disapproval of a Final Replat requires filing of a new Final Plat. <br />• Notifications and advertisement of the mandatory public hearing were complied <br />with on June 30, 1996. <br />• Staff has reviewed the replat; all changes and corrections have been completed <br />(SEE EXHIBIT "D"). <br />• The replat will not alter, amend, or remove any subdivision covenants or deed <br />restrictions. <br />• If approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, the chairman shall sign and <br />release the replat for recordation. <br />• This replat complies with applicable City of La Porte ordinance and State Law. <br />Staff recommends approval of the replat as presented. <br />
