J.O I D - 0 tR <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT AS THE <br />EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENT A TIVE IN ALL <br />MATTERS PERTAINING TO PARTICIPATION IN ALL PHASES OF THE TEXAS <br />DISASTER RECOVERY PROGRAM. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of La Porte is participating in the Texas Disaster Recovery Program <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Program requires that a city official be designated as the authorized <br />representative. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LA PORTE, TEXAS THAT: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The City Manager is designated as the Chief Executive Officer and <br />Authorized Representative to act in all maters in connection with <br />the application and participation in the Texas Disaster Recovery <br />Program for receipt of CDBG Ike funding. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this the 14th day of June, 2010. <br /> <br />CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />tJJt~$ <br /> <br />City Secretary . <br /> <br />;f/~-J: ~ <br /> <br />city Attorney <br />
