There <br />have been two updates since that time with the last one being in October 1999. Following recent state law changes <br />enacted in the Transportation Code, the ordinance is again in need of an update. <br />Following meetings with staff and discussions with TML,, legal utilized a TML model ordinance as a guideline and <br />developed the attached ordinance.
