M NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING OF LA PORTE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND THE LA PORTE TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE Notice is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone to be held Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas. Ex"M MI.- Call to order 1. Approve minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone meeting held on May 22, 2019. 2. Consider FY 2019-2020 Annual Budget 3. Consider increment payments to Developers in accordance with Developer Agreements. 4. Consider proposal for engineering services for the La Porte M Street Project. 5. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices. 6. Receive updates from the city, developers and staff about development within the Zone. 7. Board member comments. a. Matters appearing on agenda b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy Adjournment.
