Call to order <br /> <br />2. Administer Oaths of Office to new Board Members John Zemanek and Nancy Oieda and <br />administer Oaths of Office to Mike Clausen and Bob Pizzitola for their reappointments as <br />Board Members - M. Gillett <br /> <br />3. Consider approval of the Au~ust 23.2010 minutes of the Special Called Re~ular Meetin~ of <br />the La Porte Development Corporation Board of Directors - M. Gillett <br /> <br />4. Close the Special Called Regular Meeting and open Workshop Meeting <br /> <br />Discussion of the public hearing process for upcomin~ proiects - S. <br />Osborne/C. Askins <br /> <br />5. Close Workshop Meeting and reconvene the Special Called Regular Meeting. <br /> <br />6. Consider action calling for a public hearing at the November meeting of the La Porte Development <br />Corporation Board of Directors. <br /> <br />7. Executive Session - Pursuant to provision of the Open Meetings Law, under Texas Government <br />Code Chapter 571, Sections 551.071 through 551.076, 551.087 (consultation with attorney, <br />deliberation regarding real property, deliberation regarding prospective gift or donation, personnel <br />matters, deliberation regarding security devices, or excluding a witness during examination of <br />another witness in an investigation, deliberation regarding economic development negotiations) <br /> <br />8.
