<br />representatives, oHlcers, directors, officials and employees from and agaInst all allegallons,
<br />demands, proceedings, sulls, aotlons, claims, Ineludino claims of patent or copyright
<br />Infringement, damages, losses, expenses, including but not limited to, attorney's fees, court
<br />costs, and the cost of appellate proceedings, and all claim adjusting and handling expenses,
<br />related to, arising from or Ollt of or resulting (rom any 1l0Ull{lOllt acllons, acts, errors, mistakes
<br />or omissions caused in whole or part by Bnrvll;O Providor relating to worl<, services and/or
<br />products provided in the performance of this Contract, incltlding but not IImlled to, any
<br />Subcontractor or anyone directly or fndlreclly employed by or working as an Independent
<br />contractor for norv!l;o Provider or said Subcontractors or anyone for whose acts any of them
<br />may be liable and any injury or damages claimed by any of ~)orvlco Pr()vidrll"~~ and
<br />Subcontractor's employees or independent contractors.

<br />The SorviGo Prov!clor expressly understands and agrees that any Insurance policies required
<br />by this contract, or otherwise provided by the Smvlco Providol', shall In no way limit the
<br />responsibility to Indemnify, keep and save harmless and defend the City of La Ports, Its Council
<br />members, officers, agents and employees and hereIn provided.
