M. Jones Tract, North = 681,546.73, East = 3,239,200.40, Texas State Plane Coordinate System, South Central Zone, NAD 27; THENCE, North 03003'40" West, along the west line of said ABC Treadco, Inc. tract, same the west line of said Lot 712, for a distance of 891.40 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod set in the south right-of-way line of "H" Street (a.k.a. Canjtt Road, based on a width of 80 feet), said point being the northwest COmer of the herein described tract; THENCE, North 86056'20" East, along the north line of said ABC Treadco, Inc. tract, same being the south line of said "W Street, for a distance of 61.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod set for the northwest comer of an 8.6522 acre tract described in a deed to Sverker Mejstedt and Deborah A.
