Jones <br />Survey, Abstract No.. 482, Harris County, Texas. Said 1.248 acre tract is in Lot 712 of <br />the Subdivision in the South Part of the W. M. Jones Tract as recorded in Volume 83, <br />Page 344 of the Harris County Deed Records and is further described as being in a tract <br />of land described in a deed to ABC Treadco, Inc. as recorded in Clerk's File No. <br />H156059, Film Code No. 196-84-1856 in the Harris County Clerk's Office and is more <br />particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the north right-of-way line of Fairmont <br />Parkway (based on a width of 250 fe,et) with the common line between Lots 711 and 712 <br />of said Subdivision in the South Part of the W. M. Jones Tract, North = 681,546.73, East <br />= 3,239,200.40, Texas State Plane Coordinate System, South Central Zone, NAD 27; <br /> <br />THENCE, North 03003'40" West, along the west line of said ABC Treadco, Inc. tract, <br />same the west line of said Lot 712, for a distance of 891.40 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod set <br />in the south right-of-way line of "H" Street (a.k.a. Canjtt Road, based on a width of 80 <br />feet), said point being the northwest COmer of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE, North 86056'20" East, along the north line of said ABC Treadco, Inc. tract, <br />same being the south line of said "W Street, for a distance of 61.00 feet to a 5/8-inch <br />iron rod set for the northwest comer of an 8.6522 acre tract described in a deed to <br />Sverker Mejstedt and Deborah A. Mejstedt as recor~ed in Clerk's File No. S878393, Film <br />Code No. 517-11-0822 in the Harris County Clerk's Office, said point is the northeast <br />comer of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE, South 03003'40" East, along the west line of said 8.6522 acre tract for a <br />distance of 891.41 feet to a Sl8-inch iron rod set in the north line of the aforementioned <br />Fairmont Parkway, said point is the southeast comer of the herein described tract; <br />
