Septic Tank Waste — Any sewage from holding tanks such as vessels, <br />chemical toilets, campers, trailers, and septic tanks. <br />MM. Sewage — Human excrement and gray water ( household showers, <br />dishwashing operation, etc.) . A combination of water -carried waste; <br />from residences, buildings, institution, and industrial establishments. <br />NN.Significant Industrial User ( SIU ) — Shall apply to: <br />a) industrial users subject to categorical pretreatment standards; <br />and <br />b) any other industrial user that; <br />i) discharges an average of 25,000 gpd or more of process <br />wastewater ( excluding sanitary, non -contact cooling, and <br />boiler blow down wastewater). <br />ii) contributes a process waste stream which make up 5 <br />percent or more of the average dry weather hydraulic or <br />organic capacity of the plant or, <br />44 is designated as significant by the CA based on the <br />reasonable potential that the industrial user can adversely <br />affect the POTW's operation or for violating any <br />pretreatment standard or requirement i^ aGGGFdanre with <br />nn rFn 491-8.(f)(6) <br />6) <br />00. Slug Load — Any discharge at a flow rate or concentration which could <br />cause a violation of the prohibitive discharge standards in Section 2.1 of <br />this ordinance or any discharge of a non -routine, episodic nature, <br />including but not limited to, an accidental spill or a non -customary batch <br />discharge. <br />PP. Standard Industrial Classification Code ( SIC ) — A classification pursuant <br />to the Standard Industrial Classification Manual issued by the U.S. Office <br />Management and Budget. <br />QQ.
