All agenda items are <br /> subject to action. <br /> Call to order <br /> 1. Discussion regarding vacancy of Board Position 3. <br /> 2. Nomination and election of Chairman and Secretary. <br /> 3. Presentation and discussion regarding Airport Paving and Drainage Improvement Project. <br /> [Tom Dodson, P.E. with Civil PE's.] <br /> 4. Discussion regarding City projects. (AWOS, lighting and drainage improvements) <br /> 5. Discussion and possible action regarding recommended updates or revisions to the Airport <br /> Master Plan. <br /> 6. Discussion regarding potential recommendations to City Council on airport matters. <br /> 7. Discussion and possible action regarding old business from previous Board meeting. <br /> 8. Board Comments- Recognitions of achievements- Upcoming events- Inquiries regarding <br /> factual information or existing policies. <br /> 9.
