<br /> conveyed unto Crenshaw Real Properties II Ltd. by deed recorded under County Clerk's File No.
<br /> 20070706637 of the Official Public Records of Harris County, Texas and a tract of land containing
<br /> 3.811 acres, being the same as a called 3.8135 acre tract as recorded in Harris County Clerk's File
