The holder of a permit for the moving of a building shall be required to carry liability insurance in the following sums: (1) The minimum sum of$50,000.00 for injury or death of one person, or$100,000.00 for injury or death to more than one person from any one accident; and (2) The minimum sum of$100,000.00 for property damage for any one accident. Such policy shall contain a provision obligating the insurer to give a written notice of cancellation, not less than ten days prior to the date of such cancellation, to the building inspector.
