Presentation, discussion, and possible action to approve RBC Capital Markets as financial <br />advisor for the La Porte Area Water Authority. <br />4. Presentation and discussion regarding construction progress of a six-inch water <br />transmission line and an additional point of delivery for City of Shoreacres Water Plant #1. <br />5. General Manager's Report. <br />6.
