<br />Councilperson Bentley moved to approve the consent agenda items a-d. f. Q. and h: the motion
<br />was seconded by Councilperson Engelken, the motion was adopted, 7-0. Prior to the meeting,
<br />Councilperson Engelken signed a conflict of interest affidavit foritems a and i and did not participate
<br />in the consideration of or votes on those items.
