While reviewing the documents, we noticed only one (1) copy of <br />Exhibit "A" was furnished. The City retained Exhibit "A" for filing with its copy of the <br />Industrial District Agreement. We trust that you will secure Exhibit" A" to complete your <br />copy of the Industrial District Agreement. <br /> <br />Unfortunately, portions of Exhibit "A" retained by the City are not legible.
