<br />L84879tl <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br />.\ 27 -76=ZOOT <br /> <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />... _..~;. <br /> <br />I .i 1 .' ,. <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />That Atlantic Richfield Company, a Delaware corporation <br />("ARCO") for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred <br />and ~0/100.Dollars ($100.00) and other good and valuable /'.l ~ <br />cons1derat10n to it in hand paid by ARCO Pipe Line Company" . <br />("APL"), a Delaware corporation, whose address is ARCO <br />Building, Independence, Kansas 67301 ("APL"), the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted and <br />conveyed and by these presents does grant and convey unto APL <br />all of its right, title, interest and estate in and to that <br />certain tract of land and premises in the William M. Jones <br />Survey, Abstract 482, and the George B. McKinstry League, <br />Abstract 47, Harris County, Texas, containing 169.450 acres <br />in three tracts, 49.366 acres, 117.281 acres and 2.803 acres, <br />the latter tract being embraced within the right-of-way for <br />Fairmont Parkway) described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein for all purposes. <br /> <br />Being the same' tract of land or premises conveyed by <br />Friendswood Development Company to ARCO by deed dated <br />December 30, 1974, and recorded in File No. E334151, FHm <br />Code 114-12-0563 through and including 114-12-0573 of the <br />Official Public Records of Real Prop,erty of Harris County, <br />Texas hereinafter called the "Deed.
