Please note that Exhibit <br />"A-l11 is a met es and bounds desc r ipt i on of the 1 and' <br />originally purchased by our J.S.P. Properties Group in <br />the La Porte Industrial District. Exhibit "A-211 is a metes <br />and bounds description of the land sold by our J.S.P. <br />Properties Gr.oup to Greif Bros. Corporation in January of <br />1989. The parcel of land sold to Grief Bros. is outlined in <br />red on the plat of lot 16, marked Exhibit "BII. Drago Supply <br />Company is responsible for paying all property taxes on the <br />port ion of Lot 16 th'at is st ill owned by the J. S. P. <br />Properties Group. <br /> <br />We aye pleased that our La Poyte Plant Managers' <br />Network was able to reach a mutually-acceptable agreement <br />with the City of La Porte in a relatively short period of <br />time.
