Hamill <br />to Southwest Specialty Chemicals, Inc. filed in the official <br />public records of real property of Harris County, Texas at Clerk <br />file No. E-796776, Film Code No. 143-04-0303; <br /> <br />THENCE S 870 05' 47" W- 1,031.89", along the south line -of said <br />Lots 13 and 14, to a set 5/8" iron rod for corner; <br /> <br />THENCE N 030 00' 55" W ~ 855.54', along the conunon line of Lots <br />14 and 15, same being the east line of that certain'parcel of <br />land described in a deed dates 11-16-1961 from Bank of the <br />Southwest National Association to Greif Bros.
