Copies of the <br />agreement are attached to this letter. Please discard the <br />agreements which were mailed to you by the city on October 14, <br />1993. <br /> <br />The final revision of the industrial district agreement contains <br />the following amendments: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph I is amended by deleting from the <br />next to the last line, the phrase "located <br />within the corporate limits of the city and". <br /> <br />2. The second line of Paragraph IIIA is amended <br />by changing the word "exemption" to the word <br />"extension". <br /> <br />3. Paragraphs IIID3 (a) and (b) are amended by <br />inserting the word "Company's", before the <br />words "tangible personal property". <br /> <br />We again request that your Company mail or deliver to the city as <br />soon as possible, and no later than Friday, October 29, 1993, the <br />enclosed Letter of Intent to enter into an industrial district <br />agreement with the city. Conversely, if your company does not <br />desire to enter into the proposed agreement, we likewise request <br />a letter from your company to that effect, by Friday, October 29, <br />1993. The city of La Porte then must complete annexation <br />proceedings prior to December 31, 1993, to annex the property of <br />any company which does not desire to enter into the enclosed <br />proposed industrial district agreement. <br />
