State Highway 225 is a four-lane divided concrete paved <br />thoroughfare utilizing o~en ditches for drainage. The subject is <br />currently improved with a metallic office/warehouse facility containing a <br />gross building area of 17,995 square feet. This structure is broken down <br />into approximately 3,280 square feet of office space and air conditioned <br />storage space, approximately 13,795 square feet of shop and storage area <br />and approximately 920 square feet of lunchroom/storage space. The office <br />and air conditioned storage space, for the most part, has paneling or <br />sheetrcc~ ~811s, acoustical tile ceiling anu fluorescent lighting. Carpet <br />and tile flooring is found throughout this area. The lunch/storage area <br />features the same type improvements, with the exception of carpeting. The <br />shop area has apprOXimately 11,995 square feet with the apex being <br />approximately 31 feet. There are two cranes (one 10-ton and one 20-ton) <br />with a lift height of approximately 26 feet and approximately 160 feet of <br />craneway. The shop area is insulated on all walls and ceilings.
