<br />A tract of land approximately 4.000 acres situated in
<br />the Enoch Brinson Survey, Abstract No.5, Harris County, Texas,
<br />being part of a 57.580 acre tract conveyed to Union Carbide
<br />Corporation by Deed dated November 12, 1980, duly recorded
<br />under County Clerk's File No. G-753519 in the Official Public
<br />Records of Harris County, Texas, and being more particularly
