Landrum has requested that I prepare and forward to you, City <br />of La Porte industrial district agreements for the six (6) year <br />term commencing January 1, 1995, for the Conoco terminal on the <br />DuPont plant site at La Porte, Texas, on the north side of Strang <br />Road. It is my understanding that this facility is known as the <br />Conoco Transportation Terminal. <br />I would appreciate if you would have the enclosed two copies of <br />this agreement signed by an authorized corporate officer, and then <br />return to me for approval by La Porte City Council, after which I <br />will send you a fully signed copy and a certified copy of the <br />approval ordinance. <br />Please attach to each copy of the contract, a plat or drawing, <br />showing the legal description of the transportation terminal site. <br />As you know DuPont has a similar contract with the City of La <br />Porte, and Mr. Landrum will work with you to make sure that there <br />is no duplication between the two contracts. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me, or Mr. <br />Landrum. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in <br />this matter. <br />YT'ryet kt , <br />9� <br />jG � <br />Knox W.
