VAN LEER CONTAINERS , INC. has executed an industrial district agreement. with the City of La Porte, for the term commencing January 1, 2001, and ending December 31, 2007, a copy.of which is attached hereto, incorporated by reference herei~, and made a part hereof for all purposes. section 2. The Mayor, the City Manager, the City Secretary, and the city Attorney of the City of La Porte, be, and, they are hereby, authorized and empowered to execute and deliver' on behalf Of the City of La Porte, the industrial district agreement with the corporation named in Section 1. hereof. section 3.
