West along the East line of said 14.4060 acres herein <br />described (same being the East line of said 10.7161 acres and the West line of said 1.3068 acres) for <br />a distance of 125.42 feet to a ~ inch iron rod found for an angle point in said line. <br /> <br />THENCE: South 00 deg. 07 min. 05 sec.
