Patrick in deed dated June 2, 1954 and recorded in Volume 2796 at Page 260 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, the Northernmost Northeast comer of said Parcel No.3 and the Northernmost Northeast comer of said 30.8421 acres herein described.
