O. Box 61867, Houston, Texas 77208, and other good aud valuable consideration, the receipt <br />and sufficiency of which consideration are hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD and <br />CONVEYED and by these presents does GRANT, SELL and CONVEY unto TGH (a) that <br />certain tract of real property located in Harris County, Texas, as more particularly described in <br />SCHEDULE lA LESS AND EXCEPT those certain tracts of real property described in <br />SCHEDULE 2A and SCHEDULE 2B retained by Grantor (together the "REI Land"), (b) that <br />certain tract of real property located in Harris County, Tex.as, as more particularly described in <br />SCHEDULE lB, (c) that certain ~ct of real property located in Harris County, Texas, as more <br />particularly described in SCHEDULE Ie (the resulting trac~t described in SCHEDULE IA after <br />the exclusion of the tracts described in SCHEDULE 2A and SCHEDULE 2B, together with the <br />tracts described in SCHEDULE lB and SCHEDULE lG being the "Plant Land"), together with <br />(b) the following (all capitalized terms have the respective meanings set forth herein): <br /> <br />(i) Appurtenances: Any and all appultenances belonging or appertaining <br />thereto, including, without limitation, any and all appurtenant easements or rights-of-way <br />benefiting said Plant Land .or Improvements and auy and all of Grantor's rights to use <br />same; <br /> <br />(ii) Improvements Within Plant Land Excluding Grantor's Severed Prooertv: <br />Any and all Improvements located within those portions of the Plant Land excluding <br />Grantor's Severed Property; <br /> <br />HOU03:827974.4 <br /> <br />1 <br />
