DATE HEREOP. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: Section 1. SUPERIOR CARRIERS, INC. has executed an industrial district agreement with the City of La Porte, for the term commencing January 1, 2001, and ending DE!Cember 31, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto, incorporated by reference herein, and made a p,art..h~re?f for all purposes. .Sectioiil 2. .-to( . .
