This number is based on an average offifty (50) gallons per employee <br />per day established by CITY. <br /> <br />(0). The average monthly demand is calculated to be eighty.five percent (85%) of the average daily <br />demand multiplied by a factor of30.5, which shall be used to facilitate service billings. <br /> <br />(E).
