BUILDING 13 <br />METES & BOUNDS DESCRIPTION <br />12.1271 ACRES OF LAND <br />BEING OUT OF RESTRICTED RESERVES "D" AND "E" <br />BLOCK 3 <br />BAYPORT NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK II <br />HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS <br />All that certain 12.1271 acres of land being out of Restricted Reserves "D" and "E" , Block 3, Bayport North <br />Industrial Park II, according to the plat thereof filed in the Map Records of Harris County, Texas in Film Code No. <br />625094, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />COMMENCING at a found 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner marking the north cutback corner of a 20' cutback line <br />for the intersection of the south right-of-way line of Fairmont Parkway (250' wide) and the east right-of-way line of <br />Malone Drive (60' wide private access and private utility easement); THENCE N 860 50' 09" E - 548.82', with said <br />south right-of-way line to a found 5/8" iron rod with cap for an angle corner; THENCE N 860 59' 50" E - 278.15', <br />continuiung with said south right-of-way line to a found 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; THENCE S 70 16' 23" E <br />- 481.33', with the east line of said Bayport North Industrial Park II to a found 5/8" iron rod with cap for the POINT <br />OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract; <br />THENCE S 70 16' 22" E - 643.97', continuing with said east line to a found 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE S 540 35' 41" W - 50.00' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE S 30 09' 51" E - 450.88' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE S 860 50' 09" W - 460.00' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE N 30 09' 51" W - 1,120.76' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE N 860 56' 49" E - 456.15' to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 12.1271 acres (528,254 <br />square feet) of land, more or less. <br />Compiled from survey by: <br />Prejean & Company, Inc. <br />Surveying and Mapping <br />Job No.256-4-9 BLDG_I3 <br />Date: 11-03-2015 <br />
