SOUTH BUILDING C1 <br />METES & BOUNDS DESCRIPTION <br />2.4725 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF <br />RESTRICTED RESERVE "E" <br />BLOCK 3 <br />BAYPORT NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK II <br />HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS <br />All that certain 2.4725 acres of land out of Restricted Reserve "E", Block 3, Bayport North Industrial Park II, <br />according to the plat thereof filed in the Map Records of Harris County, Texas in Film Code No. 625094, and being <br />more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a found 5/8" iron rod with cap marking the southwest corner of said Reserve "E"; <br />THENCE N 20 32' 48" W - 354.88', with the west line of said Reserve "E" to a found 5/8" iron rod with cap for an <br />angle corner; <br />THENCE N 10 57' 16" W - 29.57', with the east right-of-way line of Malone Drive (60' wide private access and <br />private utility easement) to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE N 870 27' 55" E - 279.90' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE S 20 32' 05" E — 384.46' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE S 870 27' 55" W — 280.13', with the south line of said Reserve "E" to the POINT OF BEGINNING and <br />containing 2.4725 acres (107,707 square feet) of land, more or less. <br />Compiled from survey by: <br />Prejean & Company, Inc. <br />Surveying and Mapping <br />Job No.256-4-9_SOUTH BUILDING C1 <br />Date: 11-03-2015 <br />
