<br />1. Subject to the rights of adjoining landowners, and the public in general, in and to

<br />of way lines of Battleground Road, A/1VA State Highway #134), as granted to
<br />Harris County, Texas by instrument recorded in 'Volume 773, Page 30S of the Deed
