Company's Fairmont Parkway .boundary, <br />within the fifty foot (5o') Landscape easement. The <br />pedestria-ri easement shall not be w'- thLn any pipeline <br />facility, except for necessary crossings. <br />3. Driveways opening from said strip of land onto State. Highway <br />225 or State Highway 146 shall be subject to the rules and <br />regulations of the Texas Departmel?t of Transportation and <br />previsions of the City's Code of Ordinances, whichever is <br />more restrictive_ <br />Driveways opening front said strip of land onto Fairmont <br />Parkway shall be subject to the rules and regulations of <br />Harris County and provisioTis of the Ci.ty's Cody: of <br />Ordinances, whichever is more restrictive. <br />
