METES & BOUNDS DESCRIPTION <br />4.7022 ACRES BEING OUT OF <br />RESTRICTED RESERVE "E" REPLAT <br />BAYPORT NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />PARTIAL REPLAT NO. 1 <br />HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS <br />All that certain 4.7022 acres of land being out of Restricted Reserve "E" Replat, Bayport North Industrial <br />Park Partial Replat No. 1 according to the plat thereof filed at Film Code No. 596298, Harris County Map <br />Records, also being out of that certain called 9.4086 acre tract of land described in a deed dated 06 -26- <br />2007 from Don and Martha Tuffli Family Trust to DTMT Two, LLC filed for record in the Official Public <br />Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, at Clerk's File No. 20070506027, Film Code No. 048- <br />64 -9275 and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />COMMENCING at a found 518 " iron rod with cap located in the south right -of -way line of New Decade <br />Drive (60' wide) at its intersection with the west right -of -way line of New West Drive (60' wide), and being <br />the northwest corner of said Restricted Reserve "E" Replat; Thence N 87 26' 41" E — 250.01', with the <br />said south right -of -way line and north line of the aforementioned Reserve "E" to a set "RR spike" in <br />concrete for the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract; <br />THENCE N 87 26' 41" E — 230.01', with the said south right -of -way line and north line of the <br />aforementioned Reserve "E" to a found 518" Iron rod with cap for corner, marking the west end of a 20' cut <br />back line for the west right -of -way line of a 40' roadway easement; <br />THENCE S 47" 49' 51" E — 28.42', with the said cut back line to a found 518" iron rod with cap for the said <br />west right -of -way line of said 40' roadway easement; <br />THENCE S 03 06' 23" E -- 800.17', with said west right -of -way line of said 40' roadway easement to a <br />found 518" iron rod with cap for corner marking the south line of said Reserve "E" Replat; <br />THENCE S 87 27'55" W — 250.01', with the said south line of Reserve "E" Replat to a found 518" iron rod <br />with cap for corner; <br />THENCE N 03 06'23" W — 820.08' to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 4.7022 acres (204,829 <br />square feet) of land, more or less. <br />Compiled from survey by: <br />PREJEAN & COMPANY, INC. <br />Surveying / Mapping <br />Job No. 256- 1- 27_ east _tract <br />Date: 02-08-2010 <br />aaueo.o a�, ma an°mma om. <br />MAT <br />a naweanm v oaan <br />m o <br />
