DESCRIPTION <br />STRANG ROAD INDUSTRIAL <br />3.3398 acres of land situated in the Enoch Brinson Survey, Abstract Number 5, Harris County, <br />Texas, being all of that certain called 3.3398 acres of land described in deed and recorded in the <br />Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, under County Clerk's File <br />Number 20120008050, also being a portion of that certain called Lot 44 and Lot 45 of Strang <br />Subdivision recorded under Volume 75, Page 22 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, said <br />3.3398 acres of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a 1 /2 inch iron rod with cap found in the Westerly line of that certain 60 foot Road <br />Access Easement (1.59 acres) described in deed and recorded in the Official Public Records of Real <br />Property of Harris County, Texas, under County Clerk's File Number W 174502, for the <br />Southeasterly corner of that certain called 6.86 acres of land described in deed and recorded in the <br />Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, under County Clerk's File <br />Number 20090384405; <br />Thence, S 02°52'55" E, along the Westerly line of said 60 foot Road Access Easement, a distance <br />of 414.30 feet to a P.K. Nail found for the Northeasterly corner of that certain called 4.0259 acres <br />of land described in deed and recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris <br />County, Texas, under County Clerk's File Number 20060272627; <br />Thence, S 87°05'19" W, along the Northerly line of said 4.0259 acre tract, a distance of 351.18 feet <br />to a 5/8 inch iron rod with cap found for the most Northerly Southeast corner of that certain called <br />13.5977 acres of land described in deed and recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property <br />of Harris County, Texas, under County Clerk's File Number 20070206886; <br />Thence, N 02°52`55" W, along the most Northerly East line of said 13.5977 acre tract, a distance of <br />414.24 feet to a 1 /2 inch iron rod with cap found in the Southerly line of said 6.86 acre tract, for the <br />Northeasterly corner of said 13.5977 acre tract; <br />Thence, N 87°04'41" E, along the Southerly line of said 6.86 acre tract, a distance of 351.18 feet to <br />the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 3.3398 acres of land. <br />BEARING ORIENTATION BASED ON TEXAS STATE PLANE COORDINATE GRID SYSTEM <br />OF 1983 (SOUTH CENTRAL ZONE NO.4204), DERIVED FROM CORS SITE LKHU. <br />TRACT BEING SHOWN ON MAP (SEE HSC 1958-E-1) <br />HOVIS SURVEYING COMPANY, INC.
