The <br />pedestrian easement shall not be within any pipeline <br />facility, except ,fox necessary crossings. <br />3. Driveways opening ,from said strip of land onto State Highway <br />225 or St&te Highway 146 shall be subject to the rules and <br />regulations of the Texas Department of Transportation and <br />provxeion,s of the City's Code of ordinances, whichever is <br />more restrictive. <br />Driveways opening from maid ;strip of land onto .Fairmont <br />Parkway shall be subject- to the rules and regulations of <br />Harris Co:mty and Provisions of thee CitY's Code of <br />Ordinances, whichever is more restrictive. <br />i5 <br />
