The: <br /> pedestrian easement shall not be within any pipeline <br /> facility, except for necessary crossings. <br /> 3. Driveways opening from oaid strip of land onto State Highway <br /> 225 or State Highway 146 shall be subject to the rules and <br /> regulationo of the Texas Department of Transportation and <br /> provisions of the Ci_tylo Code of ordinances, whichever is <br /> more reotriative. <br /> Driveways opening firm said strip of land onto Fairmont <br /> Parkway shall be subject to the xuXesa and regulations of <br /> Harris County and provisions of the City's Code of <br /> Ordinances, whichever is more restrictive. <br /> C <br />
